Here’s my version of slow cook beef stew.
Recipe: Slow Cook Beef Stew
Summary: Easy beef stew anyone can make
Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds of Stewing beef, pre-cut into small chunks 1 bag baby carrots, pre-peeled 1 bag new red potatoes 1 pack of beef stew seasoning powder 1 onion 1 green bell pepper Water
Instructions
- Clean all vegetables. Cut potatoes into thirds or quarters, no need to peel. Slice up onion and bell pepper. Dump all vegetables and beef into slow cooker pot. Cover with water, and sprinkle entire pack of beef stew seasoning into the pot. Add a bit of sea salt and black pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours, or until beef looks cooked all the way through. Yum!
