: Lower sodium version of an Alfredo Sauce

  1. 1/4 lb Unsalted Butter
  2. 1 cup Non-Fat Half and Half
  3. 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
  5. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  1. Place butter in microwave safe container and heat on high until melted.
  2. Add half and half and warm on high for approximately 1 minute.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese and warm until cheese melts.
  4. Add pepper and sugar to taste.
  5. Pour over 4 servings of warm noodles and toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately.
